Stephanie was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns and always assured us she would handle whatever came our way. SWEET TOOTH BAKING CO.Working with Stephanie was nothing short of a dream. As a cake artist, I’m often forgotten about or am a last thought. With Stephanie, that was never the case.
The wedding was on an incredibly hot 90-degree day and she was so understanding about the conditions. She called the venue WEEKS ahead to make sure their walk-in would be available and accessible to me at all times of the day, and that there would be room for our large dessert spread as well as the tall three-tier cake. Even after the restaurant had closed, she had already made sure she had an extra key to have access to the walk-in and cake. She kept me up-to-date with timelines and any changes that were made, and she always had answers and solutions to every question and issue that was presented to her. She made the small necessary adjustments to the timeline to make the day go smoothly for all of the vendors involved. With all-day events, there are so many components and moving parts, and Stephanie made sure every single one was in motion at the right time and place.
Stephanie was amazing from our first interaction through the end of the day of the event. She was on top of every little detail throughout the whole day, and was very direct with her directions and making the bride's vision come to life. Everything went perfectly from start to finish and it’s truly all because of Stephanie’s direction.
